We employ Species Distribution Modeling (SDM) to map the potential distribution of species by integrating presence data with environmental variables. This approach allows us to identify areas of high habitat suitability and predict potential biodiversity hotspots. Through this data-driven analysis, JAWI supports precise conservation planning, ranging from identifying protection priorities and habitat restoration to mitigating human-wildlife conflicts. SDM also serves as a crucial tool for understanding species’ responses to landscape changes and developmental pressures.
